Fairfield Inn by Marriott Frankenmuth

Staff was very welcoming since the moment I entered the place, I was greeted at all times whenever I encountered an employee. It made me feel appreciated . The place was super clean and very well maintained. I am hyper observant on things that need to be taken care off and I congratulate the maintenance staff to exceed my expectations.

The property was located in the perfect place for our group. The personnel was amazing. The guys loved the morning breakfast. we were with our retired military group having a reunion. we stayed a full week & were allowed to use the kitchen when we had our afternoon snacks . needed the microwave & some extra utensils. everyone was so sweet.

Within walking distance of all the downtown shops. Was very clean and comfortable. I requested an early check in and they were able to accommodate my request with no issues. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. I stayed here because it was the cheapest hotel in the area and i was quite impressed by it. Easy parking and within close proximity to the entrance doors. My room was very quiet. I didn’t hear anyone around me. They even had my name on the TV to welcome me- which i thought was also a nice welcoming gesture! Also able to stream my own Netflix account from the TV. Very satisfied.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good-lots of choices. Hotel was very clean. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Staff was very friendly.

My husband and I both thought the breakfast was fantastic. Scrambled eggs were very good and constantly replenished. There was a lot to choose from, sausage, eggs, toast, oatmeal, fruit, waffles, orange juice, coffee. The staff was very pleasant and helpful
